Under the P3M banner, managing the delivery of outcomes at a Program level remains an emerging art. The idea of Program Management is not widely known nor adopted, yet Programs promise the introduction of a range of productivity, performance, resource and alignment efficiencies.

Through experience and training, Red Strokes Consulting is positioned to provide both advisory services to design and establish Programs, and to staff key positions necessary to deliver Program performance. We are able to advise on the creation of an effective Program Management Office structure, including governance, performance and benefits management.
